How much does PPMdesk cost?
£49 per office user per month, monthly or yearly. Every feature is included. Engineers and subcontractors are free because they work from links rather than accounts. Text messages are paid as you go.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. 14 days with every feature, and no card is needed to start.
Who counts as a user?
Anyone who signs in to the office side of PPMdesk: coordinators, managers, accounts. Your own engineers and your subcontractors use job links and My jobs links, so they are not users and are not charged for.
Can we add and remove users?
Yes, at any time. Billing follows the number of users on your next bill.
Is there a contract?
No. Pay monthly and cancel when you like, or pay yearly. You can export your data whenever you want it.
Do you help us set up?
Yes, and moving your data is free. Send us your exports and we import your clients, sites, contacts, units and parts price list, rebuild your PPM schedules, and set up your subcontractors, job sheets and RAMS with you.
