Readings, checks, photos and video for each unit, in the format your firm uses. A failed check asks what was found, with photos and a price, and becomes a fault ready to quote. A photo of the rating plate fills in the unit's make, model and serial number.

Do engineers need to download an app?
No. Each job opens from a link in the phone's browser. Engineers can add their My jobs link to their home screen so it opens like an app.
Does the job sheet app work without signal?
Yes. Once a job has been opened, the job sheet, photos and sign-off are kept on the phone and sent automatically when signal returns.
Do subcontractors see our prices?
Subcontractors see the job, the site and the agreed cost for their work. They don't see what you charge the client.
Is there a charge for engineers?
No. PPMdesk is £49 per office user per month; engineers and subcontractors work from links and are free.
